Soul Sweat

Nia

NIA is mind/body physical conditioning program that originally stood for Non-Impact Aerobics. It combines martial arts, modern dance arts and yoga in a workout set to music designed to connect the mind and body.

Alchemy teachers have created their own artistic interpretations of Nia. These classes are perfect if you love music and dance but want something a bit lower impact on your body.

Feldenkrais.

Feldenkrais is our only non-dance based class, but it is an excellent addition to compliment your dance routine. This class is rejuvenating, and offers slow gentle movement with focused attention to help reduce pain and build your mind/body connection.
