  • AOM is shifting to a sprung wood floor as of 8/7! After much consideration around versatility, hygiene and the next move for alchemy - it is time to make this change.

  • Flash Mob Class! Free class every tuesday at 6:45-7:45 - fine tune your moves and rehearse for the next monthly Flash Mob!

Time Changes, Sub info and canceled classes
  • Chantal will have subs on: Aug. 1st, 3rd, 6th, 8th and 10th - she will return on the 13th! Hannah will teach the 6th and 8th, Lucy will teach the 3rd and the new and fabulous SS teacher, Emily will teach the 10th!
  • Kendra will have a sub on 8/14 - sub TBD
Flash mob Our next FM will be on 8/6 for the opening of "Step Up 3D" and at Bacaro's Friday Night Fever event on 8/20!

The rental fee is: $25 an hour - we ask that you remove your shoes in an effort to keep the carpet clean.
