A fun, intense, and flowing combination of yoga vinyasa flow, tribal dance and plyometrics. This class is about movement, spiraling, lengthening, toning, and strengthening.
We focus on the whole body, but especially the core. And there is lots and lots of hip shaking, circling, and spiraling mixed in with yoga postures, core strengthening exercises, and cardio tribal dance. We move to primal, tribal, electro beats and empower each other’s lives in the process.
NO EXPERIENCE with yoga or dance is a required. Only curiosity, playfulness, courage and heart.
This is an alternative to other forms of group workouts with a lot of choreography. We will get your heart beating, your body moving, your muscles aching (in the best way), and your core toned.
This is a group for women who want to be apart of an empowering community that supports the full expression of who you are, the embodiment of your feminine essence, and the power of a flowing, full and healthy body, no matter what shape you are.
This is about connection: Connection to our feminine flow, the primal force of our creative energy that is housed in our hips, connection to our best selves, and connection to other supportive women.

Juliet has a background in dance, and has been teaching movement classes since 2001. Her passion for music and creating her own choreography inspired her to create “Ayre” in 2012. She chose this name because Ayrshire Scotland is where she has a lot of family and where her mother grew up. It also has other meanings that seem fitting — music being one! Juliet draws from a wide variety of music and dance styles. Her classes provide a high energy, upbeat, full body workout. Juliet always welcomes new “Ayreheads” , and enjoys teaching to a variety of levels and experience.
Zumba Fitness is a Latin-based dance/fitness class. Whether you have two left feet and are looking to find the right, or are a professional dancer looking for something outside the gym, Zumba is for you! We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
